We are delighted to announce that Melett Ltd has become part of BMTS Technology following its acquisition from Wabtec Corporation

BMTS Technology is a global Tier 1 manufacturer of high technology automotive components for current and future powertrains, including turbochargers.

The acquisition of Melett expands BMTS’s global aftermarket business with a focus on the turbocharger repair and remanufacturing sales channels.

Melett to Showcase Turbocharger Solutions at HDAW 2026

Melett North America reflects on a strong AAPEX 2025

Melett North America has concluded a highly successful AAPEX 2025, where the team returned to the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas to showcase its latest OE-quality turbocharger spares, components and complete units to the North American aftermarket.

Located on Level 2 at Booth A4473, Melett welcomed a steady stream of turbocharger repair specialists, distributors and industry partners across the three-day event. Visitors were able to explore the brand’s expanding product portfolio, including the new twin turbos for the Ford F-150 and a range of components suitable for Cummins X15 applications. These additions drew significant interest from workshops servicing both light vehicle and heavy-duty applications.

The Melett team also demonstrated its trusted line-up of core assemblies (CHRAs), turbochargers, repair kits and electronic actuators. As always, every Melett CHRA is VSR balanced, enabling technicians to deliver OE-level performance without the need for additional balancing equipment, an advantage that continues to resonate strongly with the professional repair market.

One of the standout moments from this year’s event was Melett’s involvement in Green Shoe Day, a remanufacturing awareness initiative supported by MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. Delegates from Melett joined industry peers in wearing green shoes to help spotlight the environmental and economic value of remanufacturing. The initiative sparked important conversations at the booth about sustainability, component life cycle and the role precision-built turbocharger parts play in reducing waste across the aftermarket.
